Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT/RVS) for a hospital-based assignment serving ER, inpatient, and outpatient populations. This opportunity offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no call or weekend requirements and potential for permanent placement.
Responsibilities
Perform cerebrovascular, arterial, venous, and visceral vascular ultrasound studies
Obtain and review patient histories and clinical information
Produce high-quality diagnostic images and documentation
Identify significant findings and communicate appropriately to the medical team
Maintain equipment, supplies, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care
Required Qualifications
Active RVT, RVS, or RT(VS) credential
Current BLS Certification
Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Technology Program
Minimum 2+ years of non-invasive vascular ultrasound experience
Experience performing a broad range of vascular diagnostic studies
Strong communication and organizational skills
