**Exciting Opportunity for a Urology Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a urology clinical setting. - Your strong nursing background (1 year minimum) will empower you to practice independently and manage complex situations confidently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet expectations aligned with one of our core competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. - Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. - Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. - Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided clearly and accurately. - Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers; identify issues and available resources. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. - **Experience:** - A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a related specialty is preferred. - **Licenses & Certifications:** - BLS certification required. - RN License in the state of employment or compact required. **Work Schedule:** - Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
