Description

American Traveler is hiring a Vascular Sonographer with 2+ years of dedicated vascular ultrasound experience and current ARDMS RVT or CCI RVS certification for an outpatient/inpatient vascular clinic setting

Details

• Outpatient and inpatient vascular clinic serving all ages
• Average daily volume of 8-12 RVT/RVS studies
• Common diagnoses include PVD, CAD, HF, CVA, venous insufficiency, renal/celiac/SMA stenosis, renal transplant, and TOS
• 8-hour day shifts, Mon-Wed and Fri, 0800-1700, 32 hours per week
• Weekend rotation required, 0800-1700
• May float to High Point Outpatient lab location only, if needed
• Uses EPIC EMR and VascuPro reporting system
• Uses Philips Epic Elite ultrasound and Parks PVR/Segmental Pressures equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated vascular ultrasound experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• ARDMS RVT or CCI RVS certification required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• License required if applicable
• Proficiency with carotid, upper/lower arterial and venous studies, DVT/reflux, vein mapping, renal, mesenteric, AAA, endograft, and aorta studies required
• Experience with upper/lower PVR/segmental pressures, hemodialysis grafts, iliac veins, and arterial bypass grafts (fem-fem, fem-pop, loop grafts) required
• Last 4 digits of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration
• Minimum of 1 professional reference dated within the last year from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN required
