Schedule Notes:

Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun 9a-7p We are seeking candidates with several years of dedicated echocardiography experience in an inpatient hospital setting. Many resumes indicate experience across multiple ultrasound modalities (e.g., vascular, abdominal, OB), but for this role, we are specifically prioritizing candidates whose primary focus has been echocardiography. Additionally, some candidates list experience within a hospital system; however, their work was performed primarily in outpatient or satellite settings rather than with inpatient populations. For this position, we require strong, hands-on inpatient scanning experience, including the ability to perform studies in acute care environments. We are looking for very strong candidates who have several years hospital experience performing high level work such as pre TAVR TTEs and TEEs.

Required Certifications & Licensure: 
-Registered Cardiac Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
-Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from American Heart Association (AHA)
-Experience documented by institutional referral with a minimum of 200 inpatient cases in echocardiography.

Preferred Skills & Experience: 
-TEE and Stress Echo experience.
-Familiarity with 3D echo imaging.
-TAVR, Mitral Clip, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, VAD, closure device protocols.
-Maintaining ICAEL-accreditation echo lab standards.
-Experience using Philips ie33 and Epiq systems.
-Familiarity with Epic hospital information system.
