Vascular Sonographer (ULTRA VT) opportunity available in Walnut Creek, California. This position involves providing vascular ultrasonography services in an acute care setting, with a focus on vascular imaging and diagnostics. The assignment is scheduled to begin on August 25, 2026, and lasts for 13 weeks, offering a dynamic work environment with rotating shifts, including weekend options.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating shifts of 8 hours, with Saturday and Sunday morning and afternoon shifts. Other shifts during the week are variable shifts during the day. The minimum hours per week are 40 hours.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in vascular ultrasonography, recent 2+ years of acute care experience, RVT (vascular) credentials, OB and ABD credentials, BLS certification. Location required in California. No minimum experience requirements beyond stated.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience, pediatric (PEDS), and emergency room (ER) experience preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: You must ensure all requested time off is listed on file; extensive time off requests cannot be accommodated. The employer will review applications and make offers accordingly. The candidate must commit to the schedule and clinical requirements of the role.
