Job Title: Ultrasound Tech - Vascular Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Vascular Ultrasound Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (06:30 - 17:00) Experience: 2 years required License: Compact state or Louisiana license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: ARDMS, ARDMS RVT, CCI RVS, RDCS - RVT preferred Description: Please ensure the traveler is aware of the following: Upon accepting an assignment and starting your role, your unit manager may assign you to an "Emergency Team." There will be an expectation to stay at the facility until after any emergency event passes or be part of the relief team. Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed for each emergency event, as impacts vary. By signing your travel contract for this position, you accept the above. You will report as assigned by your immediate unit manager if an emergency event occurs. You should not apply for this role if you are not comfortable with these conditions. Average daily census is 10 with 5 visits per day. No call or weekends required. References are not required for submission, but 2 managerial references will be necessary to obtain clearance to start the contract. Medical and religious exemptions are allowed for COVID-19 and flu vaccines. Candidates must have 2 years of experience in the specialty. Candidates who have worked as permanent staff or in-house agency contractors must have been separated from the facility for 1 full year before reapplying. Modules are billable, completed during orientation, and factored into orientation hours.
