Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vascular ultrasound studies with an average daily census of 10 and approximately 5 visits per day
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment to produce high-quality vascular images for physician interpretation
- Document and maintain accurate patient records in accordance with facility protocols
- Complete required facility orientation modules as scheduled
- Report to unit manager as assigned, including potential participation in emergency response teams if an emergency event occurs during the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vascular technology specialty
- Active BLS certification (American Heart Association required)
- Compact or Louisiana state license in hand at time of submittal
- Must reside more than 65 miles from the facility (address on driver's license to site address)
- Two manager or supervisor references required prior to start (Charge RNs not acceptable; PDF format)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Active ARDMS, ARDMS RVT, CCI RVS, or RDCS-RVT certification
- Prior travel assignment experience (first-time travelers are accepted)
