Vascular Technologist (Radiology/Cardiology)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities- Perform vascular and lower extremity sonography procedures in a clinical setting
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment to produce high-quality vascular ultrasound images
- Document and communicate findings accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Collaborate with the radiology and cardiology team to support patient care workflows
- Adhere to departmental protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications- Active BLS certification (American Heart Association required)
- ARDMS certification required
- RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist) credential required
- Demonstrated proficiency in vascular and lower extremity sonography
- Minimum 1.5 years of continuous experience in vascular sonography specialty
- Active EPIC or combined EPIC/Cerner experience within the last 6 months of work history
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel contract experience with at least 1 year of total travel experience and 6+ months of continuous travel leading up to submission
- Experience working in a high-volume radiology or cardiology imaging environment
- Supervisory-level professional reference available upon submission
