Job Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
Minimum of 2 years of acute wound care experience
Experience using Cerner EMR
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced outpatient clinic or healthcare environment
Current BLS certification
COVID and flu vaccination required
Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes
Prioritize nursing interventions and carry out physician orders accurately and in a timely manner
Support wound care treatment plans, dressing changes, and patient education
Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR and contribute to smooth clinic workflow
Deliver high-quality care in a busy outpatient wound care setting
