Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license or eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state
• CWOCN or CWON certification required
• At least 1 year of nursing experience required
• Experience in wound care, ostomy, or continence care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare team and clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide expert wound care assessment, treatment, and follow-up for patients
• Support ostomy and continence care planning as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members to promote healing and patient comfort
• Educate patients and families on wound prevention, care techniques, and recovery support
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality patient outcomes
• Assist with developing and following individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs
