Job Title: X-Ray Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: X-Ray Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10 hours (19:00 - 05:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: NM/Compact license required prior to start Certifications: BLS, ARRT R Must-Have: 1 year of experience Call required First-time travelers welcome Description: This position involves providing X-ray services during the night shift. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in X-ray technology. Call coverage is a requirement for this role. The position is open to first-time travelers. Must possess current BLS and ARRT R certifications. Experience with a variety of procedures is expected. The role requires familiarity with different patient age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Travelers may need to float to similar units as required by the facility. Compliance with scheduling requirements and patient care standards is essential. Documentation and charting experience in a community hospital setting is preferred. Additional skills in adult acute care and bedside procedures are beneficial. Involvement in interdisciplinary support teams is part of this role.
