Job Title: X-Ray Technician Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: X-Ray Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred License: Valid WA or Compact license required Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, WA license Must-Have: Operating Room experience required Large hospital experience required Preferred Charge or Management experience Description: Monday-Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM. This position requires operating room experience. It is essential to have experience in a large hospital setting. The patient ratio is 1:1. Candidates should be prepared to float within the facility. Weekends are not required. Block scheduling is required. There are no on-call requirements. The patient age groups include neonates, infants, children, adults, and geriatrics. The daily census is approximately 260 patients. There are about 150 visits per day. The facility operates with 290 rooms and beds. Candidates must have experience with various imaging procedures, including but not limited to abdomen positioning, chest imaging, and trauma cases. Knowledge of charting systems is required, specifically Epic. References covering one year within the last three years are required during the compliance process.
