Job Title: Radiology Technologist Profession: Technician Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day or Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Not specified License: ARRT registered or registry eligible Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required Must-Have: Registered with the New Hampshire Board of Registration for Medical Technicians Description: Performs radiologic examinations. Aids in clerical functions. Maintains a smooth and orderly flow of patients through the radiology department. Administers all steps of the X-Ray with the patient, including pre-exam processing, performing the exam, and post-exam documentation. Maintains cleanliness of all rooms, machines, and cassettes in the department. Maintains supply inventory. Performs other duties as required or assigned. Completion of a Radiologic Technology program is required. Knowledge of standard radiologic terminology is required.
