Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Profession: Technologist Specialty: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Duration: Permanent Shift: Varied Hours per Shift: 8 hours, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm; Weekends Thursday Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Required state licenses and/or ARRT Certification Certifications: ARRT Certification Must-Have: Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the designated location. Valid driver’s license in good standing required. Vaccination against COVID-19 is mandatory, or proper exemption documentation must be submitted. Description: The role involves providing mobile X-Ray and EKG (if applicable) services to nursing homes and other facilities. You will perform and process X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment. X-Rays will be submitted/transmitted to a Radiologist for interpretation. You are responsible for unloading portable X-Ray equipment and taking it into facilities. Clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-Ray images must be obtained. Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation, if required. Daily scanning of exam-related paperwork and documentation is necessary. Regular communication with dispatch and management is expected. Efficient communication and professional interaction with peers and supervisory staff are essential. Maintaining the vehicle and X-Ray equipment is part of your responsibilities. Physical demands may include pushing/pulling between 50 to 100 lbs.
