Job Description
Assistant Superintendent
The Assistant Superintendent will report to the Project Superintendent and support all on-site construction activities from project start-up through completion.
- Assist with daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
- Support project scheduling and monitor construction progress
- Maintain site safety standards and quality control procedures
- Track project documentation and field reporting through Procore
- Participate in subcontractor meetings and project coordination efforts
- Help manage material deliveries, inspections, and punch-list activities
- Support project closeout and turnover to clients

For the Assistant Superintendent role we are seeking:
- Experience on ground-up commercial construction projects preferred
- Interior construction experience will also be considered
- Exposure to automotive, aviation, industrial, retail, office, or mixed commercial projects
- Proficiency with Procore and construction technology platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on local projects or travel throughout the Southeast as needed
- Desire to grow into a Superintendent position and assume greater responsibility
- Passion for delivering safe, quality construction projects
