Job Title: Traveling Superintendent Commercial Construction

We are looking for experienced Traveling Superintendents with at least five years of experience in ground-up commercial construction. Ideal candidates will have specialized experience in constructing large retail stores, gas stations, auto dealerships, multi-tenant centers, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Position Overview:

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, according to design specifications, and within the project timeline. Candidates must be up-to-date with OSHA Competent Person, EPA Erosion Control, and First Aid/CPR certifications.
