Traveling Commercial Superintendent
Location: Nationwide – Travel Required
Schedule: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: Up to $50/hr

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through project closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed daily logs, safety reports, and comprehensive project documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and perform site walkthroughs to promote a safe work environment.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Manage site logistics, coordinate workforce deployment, and oversee equipment and material deliveries.
  • Travel throughout the United States, with project durations averaging approximately six months
  What We’re Looking For:
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including ground-up projects.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing multiple trades, tight schedules, and diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, safety regulations, and ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable mindset with a flexible approach to nationwide travel.
