Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any technical or logistical challenges. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.The Successful ApplicantA successful Traveling Commercial Superintendent should have: Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
