Lead Ground-Up Commercial ProjectsLead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and logistics. Oversee sitework, utilities, foundations, and early construction phases. Coordinate project sequencing and trade partner activities. Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain project documentation. Work closely with Project Managers, owners, and design teams. Ensure schedule adherence and budget-conscious execution. Resolve field issues and maintain positive client relationships. Support project turnover, punch list, and closeout activities. Experience managing projects from sitework through completion is required. Experience in banking, retail, public works, or similar commercial sectors is preferred. A strong understanding of civil work, utilities, foundations, and site development is necessary. Proven ability to lead field teams and subcontractors independently is required. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential. A stable work history with strong tenure is preferred. Self-motivated and capable of operating with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Western U.S. is required. Candidates located in Nevada, Colorado, Oregon, or Washington are preferred.Base Salary: Up to $150,000. Company Truck.
