With thousands of employees nationwide and operations spanning major markets across the country, the company has established itself as an industry leader in structural concrete construction.Job DescriptionLead all field activities related to structural concrete construction. Manage daily operations for crews, subcontractors, and suppliers. Coordinate manpower planning and production schedules. Ensure compliance with safety programs and company standards. Oversee quality control and concrete placement activities. Maintain project schedules and milestone deadlines. Conduct subcontractor and coordination meetings. Collaborate with Project Managers and senior leadership teams. Identify and resolve field challenges proactively. Experience with high-rise concrete construction (6 stories+ minimum) or data center construction. Proven success leading vertical concrete work independently. Strong understanding of structural concrete sequencing and execution. Ability to travel extensively to various project sites as required. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints. Strong communication and organizational abilities. A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards on-site.What's on OfferCompetitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 135,000. Vehicle allowance provided.
