so that all completed work meets <\/span>or,
ideally, exceeds all requirements for quality and safety.<\/span>

the foreman who acts as the liaison <\/span>between
labor and management.<\/span>

<\/span>Our team is paid weekly. Following the initial
introductory period, a progression and performance review will be conducted
annually to assess performance to -date, and to clarify or modify this
arrangement.<\/span>

Medical
coverage will be provided through our company’s employee benefit plan and is
offered after 60 -days of employment. The company covers 85% of the employees.
The employee is responsible for covering 15% of their own costs, and 100% of
costs for any dependents. Health insurance coverage is offered through United
Healthcare in Utah.<\/span>
<\/p>
The company
offers $30 per month for cell phone use reimbursement and $40 per day for per
diem when working out of town (some exclusions apply). The company also offers a
$500 safety bonus, which is based on safety bonus fund. Safety bonus will be
pro -rated based on hire date.<\/span>

offers an optional 401k plan after 90 days of employment.<\/span>

Overtime
policy: Over 40 hours: 1.5 times the regular rate. Over 60 hours: 1.75 times
the regular rate. Over 70 hours: double the regular rate.<\/span>
