Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel. Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project schedules. Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise during construction.
