Traveling Construction Superintendent

Summary: Superintendent manages day-to-day operations and personnel on a construction site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key duties include coordinating and supervising all on-site activities and subcontractors, implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols, conducting quality control inspections, managing labor and material supplies, and communicating project progress to the team.Primary Responsibilities: Supervising Construction Activities Coordinate Subcontractors Direct Work Crews Enforce Safety Protocols and collaborate with the Safety Director Conduct Quality Inspections and collaboration with the Quality Manager Track Project Progress Maintain Records required city, county, utility authorities and company requirements Verify dimensional control Monitor work for compliance with contract drawings and specifications. Learn and use different software and apps Manage Resources Budget Adherence Resolve Issues Collaborate and communicate with the project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to address and resolve issues, and provide updates. Work with the Project Managers and General Superintendent during the pre-construction phase.

Qualifications:* 10 years construction supervision experience* 5+ years medical construction supervision experience preferred* Must have the ability to relocate for 12 - 18 month periods
