Job Description
- Manage on-site construction activities for mission-critical and data center ground up projects.
- Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Oversee safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays.
- Monitor budget adherence and manage resources effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent or Senior Superintendent should have:
- Strong experience managing construction projects, particularly in the property industry.
- Knowledge of mission-critical project requirements and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to travel as required for project oversight.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
