You will assemble, wire, and validate panels in a variety of settings while collaborating closely with a supportive crew. If you thrive on precise work, clear schematics, and seeing a clean build power up on the first try, this role is for you.

What a typical week looks like

You arrive onsite prepared with the day’s drawings. You lay out components, route wiring with care, and verify torque specs. Midday, you coordinate with teammates to align on milestones and parts availability. In the afternoon, you run systematic quality checks and troubleshoot any variances. You finish by updating documentation, tidying the bench, and staging materials for the next build.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and configure electrical control panels to meet project specifications and timelines.
  • Work closely with teammates to sequence tasks and finish travel panel projects on schedule.
  • Perform thorough quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Keep the work area organized and manage tool and material inventory.
  • Diagnose and resolve build issues, escalating when needed.
  • Continuously improve techniques by staying current with industry practices and technologies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
  • Background in assembly, manufacturing, or a related trade preferred.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and schematics.
  • Clear communicator and dependable team player.
  • Comfortable and safe with hand and power tools.
  • Capable of lifting and moving materials while adhering to safety practices.
  • Experience in the panel or electrician field is required. If you lack specific product-line exposure, training will be provided.
