Our client is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a traveling role supporting projects in the LA market, offering the opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact commercial construction projects while gaining exposure to diverse teams, clients, and project environments.This organization is known for investing in its people, building strong internal teams, and creating clear pathways for professional advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle management of electrical construction projectsTravel to and support project sites as needed throughout the duration of assigned projectsBuild and coordinate internal project teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverablesMaintain accountability for project budgets, forecasting, and financial performanceDevelop and track project schedules, adjusting as needed to meet changing conditionsReview contract documents and ensure compliance with all project requirementsServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the duration of the projectOversee subcontractors and trade partners to ensure performance standards are metManage change order processes and support accurate billing in accordance with contract termsIdentify risks proactively and communicate mitigation strategiesSupport and reinforce jobsite safety standardsCollaborate with engineering teams on design-build projects as applicableQualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience managing electrical construction projectsWillingness and ability to travel for project assignments as neededExperience with large scale commercial, healthcare, or mission critical projects preferredDemonstrated experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controlExperience coordinating with field operations and construction leadershipAbility to build strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunitiesWorking knowledge of electrical systems and construction methodologiesStrong communication and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredJourneyman or Master Electrician license is a plusExperience in design-build environments is advantageousCompensation and Benefits$130,000-$180,000+ depending on experienceTravel support/per diem provided where applicableAs part of its commitment to investing in its people, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports health, financial security, professional development, and overall well-being.#J-18808-Ljbffr
