We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent Traveling Healthcare Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This unique role will provide the opportunity to work on a variety of healthcare construction projects across the country, including hospitals, medical centers, and clinics. From ground-up constructions to renovations, additions, and expansions, you will be at the forefront of creating functional and efficient healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Traveling Healthcare Superintendent, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all stages of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. This includes ground-up constructions, renovations, additions, and expansions.

2. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

3. Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

4. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.

5. Ensuring safety guidelines and regulations are strictly adhered to at all project sites.

6. Managing relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

7. Utilizing Procore construction management software for project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

8. Conducting quality control checks and resolving any issues or delays on the construction site.

9. Traveling regularly to different project locations across the country.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Traveling Healthcare Superintendent position should have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in healthcare construction.

2. Proven experience in managing ground-up constructions, renovations, additions, and expansions.

3. Proficiency in using Procore construction management software.

4. Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, means, and methods.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

6. Ability to travel regularly to different project locations.

7. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

8. Certifications in construction safety and project management are a plus.
