This is a leadership position for someone with strong hotel housekeeping management experience who can step in and immediately support a high-volume operation.The property features 324 guest rooms and approximately 30,000 square feet of banquet and event space.What You'll DoOversee daily housekeeping operations for a 324-room hotelLead and support Room Attendants, Housepersons, and housekeeping staffManage room assignments, productivity, and daily staffing needsInspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and qualityEnsure rooms are ready according to hotel standardsTrain, coach, and support housekeeping employeesMonitor inventory, linens, supplies, and equipmentCoordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and hotel leadershipHelp manage high occupancy and large banquet/event periodsAddress guest concerns and operational issues professionallyMaintain Hilton cleanliness, safety, and service standardsExperience RequiredPrevious hotel Housekeeping Manager experience REQUIREDHilton experience REQUIREDExperience managing housekeeping operations at a large, full-service hotelStrong leadership and employee management skillsExperience managing room productivity and quality inspectionsComfortable working in a high-volume hotel and banquet environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsAble to step into an operation and lead with minimal trainingFlexible availability based on hotel needsMust be willing to travel for the full 3-month assignmentAssignment Details$35.00/hourWeekly pay3-month assignmentTask Force / travel opportunityTravel expenses to and from the client facility are coveredOpportunity for additional Task Force assignmentsThis is an experienced leadership position.
