We are currently seeking a Full-time Night Traveling Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at MO Eastern Correctional Center located in Pacific, Missouri. Our travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Must have an active unencumbered Missouri or Compact LPN License with IV-Certification
Must live 90+ miles from designated facility.
Minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital, correctional facility or long-term care facility preferred
Minimum of one year of travel nursing experience preferred
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
