Job Description
Mechanical Superintendent
The Mechanical Superintendent will report to Senior Project Leadership and will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical construction activities for a large-scale mission critical facility. The successful candidate will ensure quality, safety, schedule, and commissioning objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead field execution of mechanical scopes including HVAC, piping, and mission critical infrastructure systems
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently
- Manage installation and commissioning activities associated with closed-loop mechanical systems
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, and owner teams to resolve technical and scheduling challenges
- Drive quality control processes and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Monitor productivity, sequencing, and workforce planning across all mechanical activities
- Support startup, testing, and turnover activities to ensure successful project delivery

For the Mechanical Superintendent we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Superintendent on data center, mission critical, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, or other highly technical projects
- Strong understanding of closed-loop mechanical systems
- Experience leading large mechanical scopes from installation through commissioning
- Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and coordination skills with field and project management teams
- Track record of delivering complex projects with demanding schedules
- Willingness to relocate or travel for project assignments if required
