They offer long-term career progression, exposure to technically challenging developments, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's most experienced construction professionals.Job ResponsibilitiesLead MEP preconstruction efforts including estimating, bid reviews, subcontractor qualifications, scheduling, and utility coordination.Manage procurement, contract award, buyout, and ongoing performance of MEP trade partners.Oversee MEP budgets, change management, forecasting, invoicing, progress payments, and overall project financial performance.Coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D trade coordination activities to ensure successful project execution.Drive quality assurance, safety compliance, commissioning, testing, startup, and turnover activities.Partner with field teams to develop schedules, mitigate risks, and maintain project delivery milestones.Mentor project team members and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
