We are currently seeking an experienced Traveling Millwright to join our team based out of Jackson, TN, with travel to job sites across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Erect structural steel and equipment using hoisting and rigging systems
- Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication on structural steel and components
- Repair or replace mechanical and electrical components including motors, pumps, compressors, and wiring
- Measure, level, and align machinery and structural components using precision tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and schematics to ensure proper installation
- Perform layout and design of equipment placement using measuring devices and field calculations
- Load, transport, and handle materials in accordance with job site requirements
- Maintain safety standards and follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (nationwide)
- Minimum 3 years of millwright experience
- Proficient in welding, rigging, and equipment installation
- Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in industrial environments
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
