Job TitleMultifamily Construction Site ManagerJob DescriptionSupervise multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors and on-site teams to maintain project efficiency. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly. Prepare and submit progress reports to project stakeholders. Ground-up multifamily experience required. Experience managing projects independently in the field. Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes and sequencing. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to travel throughout NC, SC, and Southern VA. Experience with projects ranging from 100-250 units preferred. Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset. Desire to grow into a future General Superintendent role. Stable work history and strong culture fit.What's on OfferBase Salary: Up to $140,000. Per Diem: $155/day for overnight travel. Vehicle allowance package (details provided during interview process). Competitive benefits package. PTO and company holidays.
