Description

An employee-focused General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across multiple sectors including education, healthcare, office, industrial, manufacturing, and government-related work. Description

The Project Manager will report into Senior Operations Leadership and be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will excel at managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client expectations while ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Lead commercial construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control processes
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, design teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining project profitability
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations

Profile

For the Project Manager role we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Experience delivering projects within healthcare, education, office, industrial, manufacturing, retail, or government sectors
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of project management and construction software platforms
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally as project needs dictate

Job Offer
