Manage Delivery of Hyperscale Construction Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, contracts, procurement, and change management
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, scheduling, reporting, and subcontract administration
• Coordinate field operations and project controls
• Partner with Superintendents to drive schedule and production goals
• Support owner interactions and executive project reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience with ground-up commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or large-scale projects
• Strong financial management and communication skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bismarck, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $200000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
