Description

• Lead execution of a $30M life sciences manufacturing project from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Work closely with executive leadership and project stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Oversee project planning, procurement, and construction activities.
• Manage and coordinate MEP scopes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support design-build delivery efforts and collaborate with design partners.
• Mentor project team members and contribute to a strong, team-oriented culture.
• Utilize construction management software and reporting tools to track project progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
• Play a key role in the continued growth of a rapidly expanding regional operation.

Profile

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, mission critical, healthcare, industrial, or other technically complex projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Design-build project experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Desire to mentor junior team members and contribute to team success.
• Stable career history with demonstrated project progression.
• Experience with construction management software platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Job Offer

• Salary up to $165K
• Annual bonus target of 20% with uncapped earning potential
