Traveling Project Superintendent
Cleveland Construction is looking to add traveling Superintendents to serve as the primary on-site leader for high profile commercial construction projects across the US. This role requires travel and extended stays at job sites to drive construction from initial setup through final turnover.

Key Job Functions
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage project schedules, submit daily logs and field reports
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and trade labor to maintain productivity and contract compliance
- Conduct weekly safety meetings, enforce OSHA regulations, and maintain a secure job site for all workers and visitors
- Inspect workmanship and materials to verify adherence to project plans and specifications
- Manage municipal and jurisdictional inspections and drive punch list completions.
What You Need
- 7+ years’ experience as a GC Superintendent on large scale commercial construction projects
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, MEP building systems, plus proficient in construction management software
