The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control program for federal construction projects. This role involves ensuring that all construction activities comply with federal regulations, contractual obligations, and industry standards. This client specializes in building new facilities as well as renovations, restorations of commercial and federal construction projects ranging from $5M-$25M in value.Description Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific quality control plan in compliance with federal standards and project requirements.Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.Manage the documentation and reporting of quality control activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions.Oversee and conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and completed work to verify conformance with project specifications.Coordinate and manage third-party testing and inspection services as required.Review and approve test results and inspection reports.
