Traveling Quality Control Manager

The company is seeking a Traveling Quality Control Manager to oversee project quality programs on complex healthcare and federal construction projects. This individual will serve as the site's quality leader and ensure compliance with all contract requirements.

A nationally recognized federal and healthcare construction contractor delivering projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and major healthcare systems across the United States.

Description

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans
• Conduct inspections and preparatory meetings
• Manage project documentation and testing reports
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, and subcontractors
• Track non-conformance items and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with federal and healthcare construction standards

Profile

• 8+ years of construction quality control experience
• Experience on federal and/or healthcare projects required
• USACE CQM Certification preferred
• Ability to travel extensively
• Strong understanding of construction specifications and commissioning processes
• Experience with Procore and construction document management platforms
