Are you a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Traveling Restaurant Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences at various locations throughout the DC/MD/VA region.
In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in upholding our core values-fostering a culture of teamwork, outstanding service, and memorable guest moments. You'll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, lead a motivated team, and collaborate closely with both front-of-house and culinary teams to maintain our high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant''s high standards.
- Requires 50-55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
Qualifications
- Must be able to travel to various locations throughout the DC/MD/VA region.
- Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience managing fast-paced restaurant.
- Leadership experience.
- A great attitude and work ethic.
- Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
- Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, highchairs, booster seats).
- Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
- Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
- Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
