Job Description
- Supervise on-site construction activities for retail projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to meet project budgets and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and ensure standards are upheld.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Retail Superintendent should have:
- Experience managing retail construction projects.
- Experience with ground up construction in retail and restaurant
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
