Job Description
Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate all phases of construction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Monitor quality control and address issues promptly to maintain high standards. Conduct regular site meetings to keep stakeholders informed on progress. Prepare and submit reports on project status, schedules, and budgets. Resolve on-site issues effectively to minimize delays or disruptions.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Retail Superintendent should have:
- Experience managing retail construction projects from start to finish.
- Retail and Restaurant construction and experience ground up.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
