Personnel Resources is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Direct Hire Traveling Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, a firm knowledge of multiple roofing systems and their installation practices, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage various trades and subcontractors effectively. Relocation Assistance is available for the right candidate.
Duties
Supervising the completion of multiple roofing projects from beginning to end
Visiting job sites daily to include Military Bases and Government Facilities
Tracking Labor
Inspecting roofing systems to ensure warranty and client satisfaction
Providing clear communication with co-workers, clients, and supervisors
Travel Schedule 17 days out and 4 days at home
Climbing on Ladders, and lifting at least fifty pounds
Installation of roofing systems to include BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low -slope roofing systems, sheet metal, metal roofing and retrofit framing.
