Role: Traveling Sales Manager
You will be assigned to spa locations for 60–90 days, helping stabilize performance and then moving to the next location in need. Your responsibilities include:
Leading daily client consultations
Closing sales of treatment packages and skincare (avg. $5000/day target)
Coaching and uplifting on-site spa staff
Strategizing sales campaigns and cross-sell/upsell opportunities
Driving daily sales quotas and long-term revenue
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
