Traveling SuperintendentThe Traveling Superintendent will report to Senior Operations Leadership and be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring project execution is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Lead day-to-day field operations for a major mission critical construction project.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain schedule milestones.Drive site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory standards.Manage project sequencing, logistics, and workforce planning.Monitor quality control processes and oversee inspections throughout construction.Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and client representatives to resolve challenges proactively.Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reporting, and schedule updates.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
