Traveling Superintent Role For Data Center ConstructionThe company is a well-established, large-scale contractor recognized for its expertise in data center and mission-critical construction. They are committed to delivering complex commercial projects with a strong emphasis on quality, reliability, and consistent, high-level service standards.Job DescriptionLead ground-up data center and mission-critical construction from precon through turnover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams supporting MEP-intensive scopes. Enforce strict safety, QA/QC, and commissioning standards across all sites. Track schedules, logistics, and costs, adjusting to maintain aggressive delivery timelines. Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders regularly. Proactively resolve field issues, delays, and constructability challenges. Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural, structural, and MEP plans. Strong understanding of construction means and methods, MEP-intensive scopes, safety regulations, and QA/QC standards. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to direct field teams and coordinate with owners, engineers, and trade partners. Willingness to travel frequently to support active project sites. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address field challenges in fast-paced, high-reliability environments. Proficiency with project management and scheduling software is a plus.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary ranging from $140,000-$195,000, commensurate with experience in data center and mission-critical construction.
