Traveling SuperintendentThe Traveling Superintendent will report to Regional Operations Leadership and be responsible for the successful field execution of assigned construction projects throughout Arkansas.Lead day-to-day field operations from project startup through final completionDevelop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are achievedCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnelEnforce safety standards and drive a proactive safety cultureMonitor quality control and ensure work is completed to project specificationsPartner with Project Managers to manage project progress and resolve issuesTravel throughout Arkansas and surrounding markets as project assignments requireMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
