Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion.
  • Lead subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship across all phases of construction.
  • Maintain project schedules and drive timely completion of milestones.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to resolve jobsite challenges.
  • Prepare daily reports and communicate project progress.
  • Travel extensively throughout the Southeast to manage active projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
  • Proven experience managing big box retail and hospitality construction projects.
  • Experience with renovations, remodels, and ground-up construction.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced project schedules.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast.
