Job Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion.
- Lead subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship across all phases of construction.
- Maintain project schedules and drive timely completion of milestones.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to resolve jobsite challenges.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate project progress.
- Travel extensively throughout the Southeast to manage active projects.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
- Proven experience managing big box retail and hospitality construction projects.
- Experience with renovations, remodels, and ground-up construction.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced project schedules.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast.
