A company in the property and construction industry, based in Jacksonville, specializing in build-out projects is looking for a Traveling Superintendent.
Job Description
Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Implement and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate regularly with project managers to provide updates and address any concerns. Manage on-site resources effectively to optimize efficiency and productivity. Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality expectations. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and progress.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Experience in managing build-out projects within the property and construction industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate on-site teams. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel as required to oversee various projects.
What's on Offer
Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000. 30% end-of-year bonus. Per diem for travel-related expenses. Comprehensive standard benefits package.
