Our client is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Canton, MS. This is a traveling role focused on delivering projects on time, within budget, and fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Support design-build projects and recommend cost-effective changes.
- Monitor and track project performance, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage subcontracts, invoices, change orders, and coordinate project meetings.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and proactively address issues to prevent cost impacts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of project management experience, overseeing projects up to $5M.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Vista, P6 Scheduling, Timberline, and Procore.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with 8-hour days.
